What we keep when you book or join Revivv Rewards, why we keep it, and how to have it changed or deleted.
What we keep
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your address, if you book a mobile detail.
- Your vehicle: type, make, model, colour and plate, if you give them.
- Your bookings, what you paid, your stamps, credit and referral code.
- Messages you send us, and photos we take of the job (before and after).
- Reviews you send us, with the name you choose to show.
Why we keep it
- To book, confirm and carry out your detail, and to reach you about it.
- To keep your Revivv Rewards stamps, credit and referrals.
- To send booking emails, and a reminder the day before.
- To send an occasional note when your next detail may be due. You can switch these off in My Revivv, or reply "stop".
We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers. Only the Revivv team can see them.
Where it's kept
On Revivv's own server, looked after by Tech Nova Barbados. Passwords are stored scrambled, so nobody can read them, and the server is backed up every night. Job photos are only shown to our team and to you.
The app on your phone doesn't store your bookings, stamps or photos. It only keeps the website's pages so it opens quickly.
